Calabash Alley is a live episodic stage production written by Freddie Kissoon, directed by ahdri zhina mandiela, and presented by b current, Radio Calabash, and the Luther Hansraj Dramatic Theatre. Staged at St. Chad’s Theatre (1695 Dufferin St., Toronto), the play follows interconnected stories of love, resilience, and relationships in a vibrant Caribbean-Canadian community. The production was supported by The Canada Council for the Arts, The Toronto Arts Council, and aired as part of Radio Calabash programming on CKLN 88.1 and CHIN FM 100.7.
